Nothing like a hot bath during the winter and you can do your bath a double time by soaking in pure apple cider vinegar (ACV). The best, most effective apple cider vinegar of course is organic, raw, unfiltered and contains “The Mother”.
“The Mother” in vinegar refers to the beautiful and beneficial enzyme which you can see at the bottom of an unfiltered bottle of vinegar. My fav is the Bragg brand.
A bath with Apple Cider Vinegar may help with:

Apple cider vinegar is known to help re-balance pH levels in the body both externally and internally. Naturally our skin is in acidic state as a barrier against toxins. Body washes and soaps are typically alkaline. Soaking in ACV may help to balance this contrast. Balance is what it’s all about in health.
For a bath, pour two cups of pure apple cider vinegar into a regular sized tub of water as hot as you can stand the temperature. Soak in the vinegar bath until the water has cooled – approximately forty-five minutes. After soaking, towel dry off and for at least 8 hours, don’t shower. No, you won’t smell like a salad.
